Q1: Is your brand Tier1 listed?

A: Finergy solar panel is out of Bloomberg Tier1 listed at this moment. But, we were officially OEM manufactured for Tier1 companies. Besides this, we sourced solar cells from Tier1 manufacturers, such as JA Solar, Jinko, LONGi & TongWei.

Q2: What's your competition comparing with Tier1 manufacturers?

A: Besides our materials from Tier1 manufacturers, the automated production lines in Finergy factory are the latest. Comparing with Tier1 manufacturers, the cost on management is much less. In this case, we're able to provide lower prices, but same quality to customers.

Q3: What's your product certificates?

A: All of Finergy solar panels are CE, IEC61215-2016, IEC61730-2016, TUV and CQC approved. In Finergy factory, there're some experimental facilities, such as high-low temperature test chamber, aging test chamber and etc to check quality with random sampling.

Q4: What's the warranty terms?

A: Finergy solar panels provide 15 years warranty for materials and processing and 25 years warranty for extra linear power output.
